I am sad the house is being sold. I was hoping it would stay in her family, maybe her brother Alex and his family would use it. But I don't think I'd want to live in the house where my loved one died. Sleep in the same bedroom, it'd be a little weird knowing what transpired there.
Also, this makes me think that any events outside her house on July 23rd are probably not approved by the Winehouse family. Since the house is being marketed as a family home, potential buyers may be turned off by the idea that fans may be a yearly fixture.
On to the decor: Amy's bathroom is exactly how I'd imagine it, old hollywood feel. A claw foot tub, so fitting for her. I'm loving the retro refrigerators. Also, the leopard print couches. Although, the fridge and couches may be staging and not her actually furniture.
I'm thinking that red room may have been the studio.

You took my heart and played the part of little coquette. All my dreams disappeared like the smoke from a cigarette.

It sort of feels like one of the last pieces of Amy is behind sold - I'd hoped that they might turn it into a some sort of tourist attraction, a museum I guess, in dedication to her (though this might be a bit unrealistic). It isn't any of my business to be disappointed about the selling of someone's house, though, I guess. So I'll just get over it, or try.
Just a fellow fan of the supremely talented songstress, Amy Jade Winehouse.
