So I speak to this well known London based producer who told me something last night.. and I kinda got irked. I'm unsure if I should be posting this all over the net but whatever. He told me one of his old friends who is really into hardcore drugs, and is always out her face is actually living with Amy right now in her flat. He doesn't know Amy but always talks to his friend. I'm unsure of her name and whatever, but this just worrys the death out of me. This can't be good for Amy in any way. and when I think about it I feel sick.

:sadno:

It's sad because I know this guy won't lie, I've known him for about 4 years.

I really don't know what to say...If you say it's reliable info, it still might be a rumour that got twisted...You know?

Gee! ... The newspapers, paparazzi, police, and your "friend", all thank you!

Hey, we don't who is who on here (the forum), all I know myself and what I'm doing, so that being said I'd rather hope this news is it not so. And to me it is quite apparent that all of her current friends are not out for her best interests.

Stuart, I love your avatar, one of the best I've seen. That's what I want to do--dance with Amy like Zalon is doing! She's the only musician who makes me feel that way. I kind of lose my inhibitions with Amy--she's just too wonderful.

And I love Mags' great holiday signature--beautiful shots of Amy. Brightens up a grey, rainy day here in Maryland, that's for sure.

So does this have something to do with Amy moving from Camden to Bow? I have to say I wondered who these "friends" were that she's hanging out with in bars at 4 am on a weekday.

Don't think it would be good for Amy to be living by herself right now, but living with an addict wouldn't be helpful.

I wouldn't think her Dad would stand for that, but then again she's an adult and he can't run her life for her.

The only "friends" I've heard about are Alex Foden (her hairdresser), Pete Doherty, and Sadie Frost.

I'm glad there's still Tyler James, he seems like an ok guy. (but well, I guess I don't know that for sure either).
I wonder if Amy and Juliette are still best friends, and what she thinks about Amy's situation.

Well we know that Amy and Tyler go way back. I assume the blonde chic I saw several tabloid articles ago was Juliette, but I can't remember...It's a struggle between good and bad friends right now and we know who's winning.

Speaking of Amy and Juliette, I found an old interview of them buried in the Forum and I got a kick out of it, especially the parts below.

J: I've got such brilliant memories of that flat. I'd have passed out from being stoned, and Amy would be roasting a chicken at three in the morning. When she's stressed, or a bit fucked up in the head, Amy'll be in the kitchen. She loves feeding people. She's a nutcase, but she's a good person. I worry for her a lot. There have been nights when I've been in bed and I've heard this banging sound.

A: And it's been me, banging my head against the wall. I don't do that so much these days.

Has your friendship ever been really tested?

J: Yeah, when she acts like a dickhead and I have to pick her up. Which is more or less all the time.

A: I'd be dead if it wasn't for Juliette. Easily.

J: But we both know that we'd rescue each other from a burning building if we had to. We've got that understanding. You can rely on your friends to be there when your family have totally washed their hands of you. I mean, we still share a house after all this time. In fact, I always said that if Amy was a black man, we'd be married. We're that close.

Did your relationship change when Amy became famous?

J: No, from day one we've always had the same kind of goals, ambitions. I sing, and I write songs as well, and to be able to see her making a success of it brought us closer together. There's no jealousy there. Some of her other friends started acting a bit weird and starstruck. But if I see Amy on TV, I just think, 'Oh, there's Amy the Dickhead again.'

...had a belly laugh at that one! How precious!

Would love to read the rest of the interview...do you have the link, by chance?

Thanks so much for re-posting.
