Why don't y'all time it around an Amy show?

That would be really good, but apart from festivals there are no shows announced this summer. We should go to a gig together as well one day though.

August 2nd would be ok for me too, or the 3rd. But that's pretty much it.

If the 2nd or 3rd of August is better for anyone, please tell me as soon as possible as I am going to order my train tickets soon.

Hey guys - I visited London quite a few times when I lived at home. The main entrance to King's Cross should be on Euston Rd. (the entrance was before, unless they changed it) and when you come out of St. Pancras, make a left. St. Pancras is also on Euston Road. Sarah, did your Eurostar train come into St. Pancras station? OMG - that is my favourite building ever - it's just incredible.

Dave - did you see the outside of St. Pancras by any chance? If you didn't, you guys should stand across Euston Road from it and just take it in. It really is incredible. They just refurbished it, I believe. The photo below is just OK - doesn't really do it justice....

Yes my train did arrive there. The Eurostar stop had moved from Waterloo to St. Pancras two weeks before I went.
Thanks for that explanation, it will make it a lot easier for me.
I didn't really look at the building last time, but I'll make sure to do so now. ;)

Re: Camden. The King's Cross Tube station is on the Northern Line (among others), and it is only 2 stops on the Northern Line From King's Cross to Camden Town station. The Northern Line is the 'Black Line' on the map. From Camden Town station, it seems to be a short walk north up Camden High St. to the Hawley Arms, (looks like you make a right on to a 'Carnhaven Rd'. to the actual pub). Dave would know.

I'm doing this for myself as much as you guys - I'll be there in November, so I need this info, too!

I have a London tube map in my personal organizer. What a geek I am. I've been fascinated by London in general since I was a kid and the Tube map is so cool! (God, I really am a geek).

Not sure yet Scarlett. I'm going in November and I'll be with my Mum. She suggested a B&B in Bloomsbury that she stays at when she goes down there. I CAN'T WAIT!!

Make a right onto Castlehaven Rd. It's right where the train trestle goes over Camden High St.

What a coincidence, probably I'll go to London with my parents this summer. We don't know exactly which date yet, but it could be the first weekend of August. IF I'm there then, I would definitely come ;)

I seriously thought about going "stalking" in Camden when I got to London for the abortive Cardiff gig but I was a good boy and went to see my Mama a day early.
