I thought, not trying to be mean, that she came across as an idiot in that interview. I can't watch it again.

ps..I wasn't the only one.

It's sweet... like... like Bambi after eating too many fermented berries! As it's from long ago, and she's much better now, I didn't mind watching it, and it made me smile.;-)

Amy Winehouse died, and she's taken a part of my soul with her. May that part be the love that I felt for her, and may the love that I still feel for her be the undying part of us both.

I can never judge her by any conventional standards because, like the song says, her shit's fucked up. I'm sure it was a painful rebuke to her that Mandela didn't meet her that night. Who knows what course her next year might have taken if she'd gotten a little lift up instead of a big smack down.

...and comes from a place of feelings, and personal beliefs, less so from a place of political/world views.

Why is he asking her what he (Mandela) was like if she didn't meet him.....

Apart from the fact that Amy cannot be judged by any conventional standards, her belief in numerology ("lucky 7") that comes through in the interview, does make sense to me, being a poet who believes in alternative realities and elusive truths and all. Sue me.LOL

Yes, healers are very often used outside of churches as well, including some forward thinking hospitals.
