She has already had one very subtle one a few years ago. I think her nose has changed due to the drugs done. It doesnt matter to me though, shes lovely anyway....

I think, like the Blake back n' forth, this too, is just a story to garner attention. All this plastic surgery is probably turning off her fans. There's only so much self-hate to witness. Like Shaylatx says, in one hand she's painting freckles onto her nose, and then there's the rumor of an impending nose operation. Holy Whitney Houston, Batman!

I don't believe Amy ever had a nose job. The shape of her nose / face changed as she lost and gained weight. And if Mitch said it's rubbish I'll go with that. He was the first one to tell the world she had a boob job, so I don't think he'd lie about it.
