My Tribute to Amy...

We love her because she's the most talented, beautiful and lovely girl ever, because she changed our lives and because she has something nobody else have.
Anyway I think it's pointless to try to explain that. She is so big that there are no words to describe her.

She was diffrent from the other celebrities, she was nice,she had a kind heart, her voice and talent and also she was beautiful!

All that was said above and because... she was so modest, cute and always ready to learn new things (think about her lessons of trumpet and drum, yoga, trapeze exercices -in St Lucia, ballet and so many others).... Because she was so proud of her origins and nice for her fans... she was never fake like other so-called "stars" (so preoccupied about their appearance but they will never have even 1% of Amy's beauty that was not only external but inner as well!). She loved reading (so rare in showbiz), was so witty with words... Was trully herself. And I think she was like an ideal girlfriend - sexy and with a lot of fantasy. I'm so happy that she was put on Earth and decided to share her talent with us...

When someone gives you a gift, a connection is made between the giver and the receiver. It might be very superficial, like when your boss gives you (and everyone else) some little mass produced token. But when the giver creates the gift themselves and it's beautiful and deeply personal, you cherish it. I never knew Amy when she was alive, and of course she never knew me. But she gave me something I will cherish for the rest of my life and I love her for that.

I hope this is not offensive to anyone in any way, but I'm going as Amy for a costume party on Saturday. I'm not going to drink or anything that may make it seem offensive. I think the world of her and have been wanting to do this as a tribute. I am going to look nice ... (as nice as I can, at least)...

I have the same exact dress (well not the one she wore but same exact dress - designer and all) that she wore to the Mercury Awards) and the hair...I am Jewish so I have a star of David necklace like she has worn...gold colored jewelry...have the eyeliner...pretty eyelashes to wear...and a beautiful white faux fur shrug to wear over it that I've worn to a nice wedding. Am going to keep it classy Amy with heels, too.

I feel really sad, still, I have to admit. I really haven't accepted that she's gone. I just wanted to do something to remember her by and I am not doing it as a joke as some people did when they dressed like her in years past. I will post pictures when I go.

I would like to give everyone here hugs if I could. Still can't believe it. I used to come here all the time for updates and have been since late 2006, I think. I am so sorry to everyone. XO I hate to say it but I still feel very heartbroken. I guess that's what I get for having such a devotion to her music when she was alive and always seeing what she was up to. I guess maybe I should not have been that attached...ugh. Tried to see her THREE TIMES in concert, each time canceled. Just so sad...would rather her be around than having seen her in concert but wish I could have had that experience. I just hope everyone is okay as well as her family and friends... I know we all have gotten a lot of joy out of her music and that is what matters. She was quite the character. Never have heard of or met anyone like her, such good comic timing in her witty comments, but yet such a fragile, shy person. With that voice. I know she has touched so many lives. Sorry, I am going to stop now...makes me too sad. I can't ever explain to anyone else how sad it makes me feel and how every day I think about her.

Have fun Back to black . I have also a party on saturday . Its a White party with a piece of pink . I am looking for some pink balletshoes like Amy wear frequently . White legging with long white "T"shirt , very simple . Under the short sleeves on the left side the bare bum Amy tattoo clear visable , under the sleeve on the right "Amy"with the little red hearth . Under the white T i put on the orange strapples dress . Later on evening i pull out the T showing the strapples and all the tattoos . Not as Amy look-alike or carnival but just a follower of a style i like . Not looking as Amy for 1 party with glue-on tattoos but REAL ones as part of MY person . When i go to party the naked lady will have a BRA , just as Amy had must do it for the Grammy's awards . I practised the painting for several days . It's perfect now , i painted them with ballpoint as a half-cup strapples bra , very sexy . On the party after a while i whipe the bra off with the alcoholic drink and a towlet . LOL
