I remember watching the footage of where all the flowers were put down by her fans when Amy died and I saw a few cans of Stella Artois.

What did these people think when Amy sang  "Hand me your Stella and Fly" (on "You know I'm no Good")?  Did they think she was really referring to a can of Stella Artois as opposed to a STAR -  I hope not  !!!

Please don't say I'm wrong and that she was referring to a can of beer - I will be devastated !!

She was referring to a can of Stella (Artois). "Hand me your stella and fly" is the guy making her hold his drink before he "tears men down like Roger Moore". ha

Do you know that the word STELLA  means a star?  How can you be so sure that she is referring to a can of stella artois - please tell me where you get your info from as when I listen to Amy singing - hand me your stella and fly - she is saying like,  get on your star and fly away with all its insinuations - please tell me where you got your info from?  I'm only asking - coz for all I know you could be right !

I think she was referring to Stella Artois too, since she started the verse off with Meet you downstairs in the bar ..

Either Amy or someone close to her did drink some Stella back around that time when she was starting to write those songs. This interview mentions empty cans of Stella laying around out on her yard ...

Amy, if you are up there listening, thank you for sharing the incredible soundtracks of your life ...

a 'Stella' is a common abbreviation of Stella Artois lager in UK english. "I'll have a pint of Stella". For me there's no ambiguity.

Hey look on the bright side, at least she wasn't singing about Budweiser!
