There's no proof of that.

Lol doll, there's a few things we don't have proof of but we still believe...You might be right anyway, apart from reading it somewhere I found a picture of her on Skype the other day. If I find it you can tell me if it's a fake, I can be naive sometimes 😉x

I've read that the character of Elsa from the Disney film 'Frozen' was originally going to be modeled after Amy. Here are some sketches.

I think Amy might have been sexually experimental and somewhat attracted to women, but she seemed rather traditional in her views towards marriage and family life. She seemed to be a great believer in soulmates and she spoke about wanting to be a housewife. It seemed like she kind of romanticized the idea of settling down with one man and having a big family and the white picket fence - the whole lot. I think having a settled, conventional home is something that she really wanted.

Amy was a walking contradiction. She was influenced by her nan so that's where her traditional views come from, but she was a rebel at heart and I think she would have gotten bored very easily with a traditional life.

I have a few screenshots of Amy on Skype with a Brazilian fan. He actually asked me not to share it at the time he sent me them, but it's been such a long time anyways... I'll try and find 'em. :D

She definitely was rebellious, but I'd wonder if that was more down her being a damaged person rather than some simple innate way of being. She was very self-destructive and certainly seemed to have been affected by her own parents' divorce which perhaps had an influence on her own problems with maintaining healthy relationships. I think she idealised the secure 'marriage and children' lifestyle possibly because she didn't have that growing up (I know a couple of people whose parents divorced when they were young and it made them crave a more settled life for themselves and their own children) but she admitted herself that she ended up replicating the kind of behaviour that led to her parents' break-up. You're right that she was a walking contradiction. Like I said before, I think she romanticised the idea of a traditional lifestyle and did want it, but would also be quite quick to hit the self-destruct button before it could ever get very far. I think she bought into the cliche of doomed romance and needing to suffer for one's art and all of that too, which perhaps is part of the reason she wasn't too far from the self-destruct button. I'm sure being in a relationship with Amy was probably high drama at times!

My comment on this was mainly in reference to the point about her being bisexual. She may very well have been attracted to women, but I think she was quite traditional in the sense that her most intense relationships, infatuations, etc. would have been with men, and if she'd had the chance to settle down, it would have been with a man, and perhaps more specifically, Blake.
