If you have registered but are finding that you cannot post in forums or edit your User CP then please read this post carefully.


Please check the email address you used when signing up to the forum and follow the link in the email (the email will be titled "Account Activation at Amy Winehouse Forum"). The link will then bring you back to the forums and you're account will be activated.


If you did not receive this email then click on your User CP and there you should see a link that says Resend Activation Email. Click on this, enter your email address (the one you used when signing up) and check your emails again.


If you still do not receive the email please either reply to this topic or email me and let me know of the problem and I will activate your account manually.

PLEASE guys, if you can't login or you're not getting the validation email then let me know! I've had afew complaints from validating members telling me they can't login, and they only told me after I emailed them. If you don't let me know you're having trouble then how can I help you?! I cannot stress this enough - if you are having ANY problem with the forum then please email me or post in the Support forum. Thankyou.

Have you tried to resend it by going into your User Control Panel (http://www.amywineho...orum/usercp.php) and clicking on 'Resend Activation Email'?

i'm getting it but the validation link just takes me to a 'this page could not be displayed' message

No problem. I created a test account and it received the activation email with no problems and the link worked perfectly so I don't know why it didn't work for you.
