You know, astrology doesn't justcategorize billions of people into 12 groups ( well maybe popular astrology - what you can find in newspapers). Your sign - as you know there are 12 of them - is just the place where the Sun was at the time of your birth. But there is also a whole bunch of other very important planets, and your personality and possibilities depend on those too.I think horoscopes are absolute toddle!
How can you categorize all the billions of people in this world into just 12 groups??
I don't understand how some people can believe in this kind of thing. I don't mean to be offensive in anyway - I know nobody who believes in horoscopes. If anyone here does please let me know why you believe in them because I'd like to get the opinions of someone who believes in them.
How many times can I say 'believe' in one post...
I think the whole story about astrology is completely misused. It is not about someone telling you your future ( what astrologers usually do, trying to earn money) - it's all about revealing your potentials and also the weak sides. If used for those purposes, it could be a real fun. So, it is not the question of 'belief', but of how you can use the knowledge that you get from astrology.
Wino, please don't get me wrong. I totally understand your scepticism, since I had also felt that way before I got to know more about astrology.

Hey Wino, you are totally right to think that.:wavetoo:Cheers Ray.
I have nothing against astrology at all. I just always see horoscopes in the backs of magazines and newspapers and just think, 'how can people read these and believe it???'. That's all I was referring to.

I can't believe it, just like I can't believe in God. If other people do, that's completely fine with me though.
Last week we were in a church and my dad wanted to light a candle. I thought it was stupid because we aren't religious and are not supposed to do it, but then I thought "well why not, you never know..." so I lit a candle for Amy. But then a number of days later I hear that more misery has been happening to Amy.
