I do worry about the smoke break thing!! My aunt works in a 30 day rehab programme as a nurse (it's a last-chance option before jail - not quite Amy's situation!!). Anyway, no-one is allowed to smoke, and they are only allowed decaf coffee. It's hardcore stuff - because they consider those 2 substances addictive, too. Of course, Amy's situation could be quite different.
