These upcoming shows need to be perfect. On time, no drugging or boozing, and ready to sing and wiggle.

Otherwise, it's back to why, why, why?

edit: Plus I want to see her blow the 'headliner' right off the stage in Glastonbury.

It's hard to believe she's going to be perfect at these gigs, I'd settle for just professional and bearing some resemblance to her talent. That said, I do know the woman carries within her the capacity to astonish. If it is a great performance, I'll be the first to jump up and down about it.

I wonder how long her sets are going to be?

Amy Winehouse's flying festival
Published: Wednesday, 25 June 2008, 12:09PM
Amy Winehouse will arrive at the Glastonbury music festival by helicopter on Saturday (28.06.08).

The 'Rehab' singer, who has been in hospital since collapsing at her home last week, is so desperate to perform at the event organisers have offered to hire her a helicopter to fly her directly to the site.

A source said: "Amy was one of the first acts Glastonbury started talking to about performing this year, so they'll do all they can to help ensure she is fit to sing.

"Amy travelled by private plane to her recent show in Lisbon and she's been offered a helicopter to minimise the stress of travelling to Glastonbury."

The 24-year-old star is expected to appear on stage at 10pm and will be followed by headliner Jay-Z.

Amy is also scheduled to sing at Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday concert in London's Hyde Park on Friday (27.06.08), and has left hospital for rehearsals.

Nurses and medics will travel with her to the show, and she will go straight back to hospital afterwards.

The singer has been diagnosed with scarring on her lungs which can lead to the deadly condition emphysema.

However, she has been told her illness is treatable with nebulisers, which sprays a fine mist of medication directly into the lungs.

Babyshambles canceled Glastonbury (at the last minute - shocker), and Pete Doherty fired his tour manager and has canceled touring for the rest of 2008 because he's 'tired'. Pete once said that smoking crack wasn't conducive to writing songs. Doesn't appear to help with touring, either.

Weird! Amy & Beyonce?
"Jay-Z has persuaded Amy Winehouse to join him on stage at Glastonbury.
And the US rapper, 38, has also roped in wife Beyoncé Knowles, 27, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, 31, and Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, 64."

Personally, I think Rehab should be retired at this point. She's bored with it. Bring on the new stuff!
