On Saturday Night, Karel on KGO radio was talking about how People Magazine had asked Hillary Clinton if she had the opportunity to go on a date with any famous person alive or dead, who would that be. Karel said that he found it stupid that People magazine asked her this, instead of a serious question, and as a subtle protest, he posed the same question to the listening audience.

Some people called in their dream dates, and others posted them on a chat board that he checks in during the show. It appears that a number of people suggested that they wanted a date with Amy Winehouse. Karel's reaction was somewhat comical--it went something like, "Amy Winehouse?? AMY WINEHOUSE?!?!? They're picking Amy WINEHOUSE??!???" This Karel guy is not a hater of Amy, but the shock and amazement that he displayed was pretty comical. Then I got to thinking, Winehouse would certainly be at the top of my list, particularly if she brings her guitar along. I don't know whether the other respondents were thinking the same way... :smirk:

My #1 is Clive Owen, but my #2 would be Amy, but not as a date, if you know what I mean , but I like the guitar idea. I'd like to go to a tapas bar with her, then go to Ronnie Scott's and she could sing a few numbers. Perfect.
