That's not a c.d. Ancre , looks an older 45 revolutions vynil i think . Collectables on the face seems to be a collection of different music on one 45 .

I hope thats just a scram down her wrist and not what I first thought it was...

Drugs like crack , heroin, coke are very addictive and when u have the $$ to buy it and keep doing it day after day , hour after hour
thats what happens . Your mind is so messed up that your appearance is the last thing you think about . Atleast she was able to get
herself better and come out of that .. We will never know why she still had to keep drinking though. I wish she would just have kept
smoking weed. You may get heavy from the munchies but i have never heard of someone overdosing on it .
