I've always wondered what was going through her mind when she went for the platinum blonde look (which is also when she cut it). I know she was a fan of Marilyn Monroe. This was quite a troubled time for her. She didn't keep it very long... and isn't it difficult to dye your hair black after you've bleached it? Did she ever talk about this hair style at the time?

I've always wondered what was going through her mind when she went for the platinum blonde look (which is also when she cut it). I know she was a fan of Marilyn Monroe. This was quite a troubled time for her. She didn't keep it very long... and isn't it difficult to dye your hair black after you've bleached it? Did she ever talk about this hair style at the time?

It was defo one of the worse times. That explains her drastic crazy blond choice. Women change their hair style when going through changes in life. It's an attempt to open a new chapter of your life and leave the past behind. Amy did that often, if you think about all the different beheeive styles as well.

Some comments on the blond choice here http://www.celebsnow...y-blonde-220068 not sure if it's that difficult to turn black again I guess you must dye it a few times before it becomes properly black, and she must have had no issues with that with all those hairdressers hanging around - no name mentioned 🙊 Also she may have got it cut very short so when she went to St. Lucia and it naturally grew black without damaging it with tint anymore. x

Poor thing. I think she just thought it would suit her but it completely washed her out. She looked so pail. Her hair also looked in very bad condition. I wonder why she decided to do it too because i remember her saying she'd love to be blonde but it would ruin her hair.
