Ok she isn't going.

Just got a text from Byron and he says Amy isn't going to Paris. (he knows because he went to Amy's house)

And I go back to... I go back to us.

Bruised, battered and desparate for a fag she may be, but Amy is our 21st Century Piaf: flawed yet fabulous, tormented yet towering. Think of her this way and hope that the still remarkably young woman under the eyeliner thinks that way too. - Jude Rogers, The Word

Oh, man, she must be really tired. Poor thing.

Hi,
Do you talk about that ?

"Amy remplacée par DB Clifford ?!

Viendra ? Ben voyons ! "

Amy replaced by DB Clifford ?
Coming ? notcoming ? Rumours about Amy participation are running ... Even DB Clifford, who was playing this afternoon, made his joke aout that : "She called me, she wasn't sure to come and play. If she cancels, I'll sing and replace her this evening".

I hope my English is not too bad ...

It has been confirmed by the Rock en Seine staff.
It seems that a refund will be made. (the tickets for the gig were quite expensive ...)
If someone needs, they say that saturday, there will be something on the rock en Seine site, to get a refund.
Hmm ... don't think she'll ever be invited to Rock en Seine in the future ... two years, two cancellations at the last moment ...

Well, she was supposed to be a headliner, so I guess that's why they'll be making refund for the tickets... They should have canceled it earlier, this really ain't a way to do it...

They are lucky to get refunds I've never known it for a festival in the UK when an act doesn't turn up. There are going to incurr a huge loss if everyone claims a refund.

Actually, they talk about "compensation".
But I think the Rock en Seine staff will have some kind of murder thoughts about Amy Winehouse ...

Winehouse pulls out of concertPress Association, Friday August 29 2008 Amy Winehouse has pulled out of a concert in Paris due to illness, her publicist said.

The troubled singer did not attend the Rock En Seine festival in Paris after she was taken ill at her house in London and was unable to travel to France.

Her spokesman said: "Amy Winehouse was regrettably unable to perform at the Rock En Seine show in Paris tonight, Friday August 29th, due to illness. She was taken ill at her house and wasn't able to travel to France for the concert."

She was due to headline at the three-day festival, where the lineup included the Raconteurs, The Streets and Kate Nash.

no, of course.. and all the people taht went to see just her.. She's going to be in trouble. I'm not buying the illness shit at all, but if she knew she wasn't in the state to perform why didn't she say it before?
well i don't know what really is happening to her so i can't say anything.
