Maybe that's the secret, don't call it "rehab", just say here is a protected place for you, and here are these nice people, nurses, who you can kid with and who will look after you and pamper you.

"Amy is amazing. It's as if Bille Holiday and Dianh Washington had a baby and it was raised by Janice Joplin." - jazzblowin on youtube

I'm glad she's in the hospital too, and even went back to it after a night out.

i think the difference between the hospital and rehab is that she doesnt have to go through all the therapy and counselling of rehab in there, its recovery on a medical basis. not that i have rehab experience but i can kinda imagine, and i can also imagine that itd be the therapy stuff that she wouldnt like. ha can you imagine it?!
i'm glad shes in there. shes going through all the psychological stuff on her jack jones, but shes got all the medical help she needs. and like janis says, theres no drugs in there!

Bruised, battered and desparate for a fag she may be, but Amy is our 21st Century Piaf: flawed yet fabulous, tormented yet towering. Think of her this way and hope that the still remarkably young woman under the eyeliner thinks that way too. - Jude Rogers, The Word
