I'm happy to hear she has a lot of material.
Hope the quality is what we've come to expect of her. If not, she should take more time to get better, and ignore the commercial pressures.
If a great album comes out in June, I'll be very happy indeed.

June is earlier than I was expecting. I was thinking fall at the earliest.
I didn't even think there was even a possibility of coming out anytime this year! But then again, it might not.

I still play the hell out of both records, and I can't say that about any other artist at this point.
Totally agreed. Everyday I play something from Amy, at least 3 or 4 songs, many times an entire album. Cannot get enough. Now I'm just waiting for the 3rd album...

here 'tis
ALAN SCULLEY | GRAMMY PREVIEW: Where's Amy Winehouse When You Need Her?
This year's Grammy Awards could well be among the most unpredictable of recent years.
The main reason is that in many of the prime categories, there isn't a single blockbuster album or song that stands out among the nominees. There's also no buzz artist like Amy Winehouse in the field this year, primed to take the proceedings by storm by claiming several major awards.
In fact, a number of artists/albums that deserved nominations this year in at least a category or two came up empty, including R.E.M. ("Accelerate"), Alejandro Escovedo ("Real Animal") and Santogold ("Santogold").
Then there's the unpredictability of the Grammys themselves. Let's not forget the surprise pick of Herbie Hancock's "River: The Joni Letters" for Album Of The Year.
In any event, here are this writer's predictions for this year's Grammy Awards Feb. 8 in Los Angeles:

i think it would be really cool if she went.
Yes, it would be. But I really don't think she would lol. I don't think she cares too much for award shows, considering the whole Bono incident!
