Amy is nominated for the Echo award in the Echo Music Awards 2009 (German) competition.
Category: "Best International Female Artist" with Madonna, Duffy, Leona Lewis et Amy Mcdonald.

Lol, the woman hasn't done anything career wise in ages and she keeps getting nominated for awards.

The Echo is the most important Music Award in Germany! :) Good to see that she is nominated! I really hope she wins! She deserves it!

She just keeps rackin up these awards! Just shows how powerful "Back to Black" is. YAY AMY! :woot:

She won both awards. (Album of the year and Best International Female Artist).

Back to Black is really unbeatable! I never get sick of it ... every song is just so strong and meaningful that whenever I listen to the album I almost feel as if I'm listening to it for the first time.
