I think Dolly used the word "cheap" instead of "trashy." Bette used to ask us in concert many moons ago if she looked trashy enough for us, as she used to refer to her fans as "low rent." But, that was her campy schtick at the time, well before she got Disneyfied. Maybe it's the same kind of thing here.

I think that I could probarbly buy a whole new wardrobe for the black lace corset costing $1,275! The person who wrote this obviously hasn't seen the more.. "I bought this in Camden market for £10" look that amy has. You know.. the one that we have all fallen in love with :]

I dunno,, they'll write articles on any old rubbish,, i think that the outfit is lovely. And the way she wears it looks great, if she feels great in it then who cares?! She lives in Camden for gods sake... How many people will questiion her clothes there,,?!! x x x

I bought some from Capezio's website but any dance shop should have them. If you do go through Capezio's website, a word of advice...order them by phone because their web order system is really s-l-o-w. I had an order get lost once and when I called to get it straightened out, the sales rep recommended that I use their phone order system instead.
I bought them for a costume, (I sang with my sister's band dressed as Amy one Halloween) but they were so comfy I ended up wearing them around. I still have a pair I wear sometimes.
