No, it isn't a crime; the age of sexual consent here is 16.... and many girls here are experienced far before that.
However, especially given his past, I do feel it is highly inappropriate, and even though legal, you have to wonder what a guy pushing 30 wants with a kid.... Maybe it's something to do with conversational level, lol...
