i found this and thought it was cool
since there hasn't been a lot of movement in 'anything amy' lately...nofing special really but enjoy it my lovaaas

oh by the way...it's a joss stone interview...and one of the questions envolved Amy...

Q: Since you made your album debut in 2003, there have been other British neo-soul singers such as Amy Winehouse and Duffy on the pop charts. What do you think of their music?
A: I don’t know, when all these young things are coming through, some of them are really soulful, some of them are really not but it is what it is and it is a fad, like something that comes as fashion.
I think Winehouse is a brilliant singer and a brilliant lyricist and she is very, very soulful but I do not know that other girl you mentioned. But Winehouse, I think, is awesome. And I hope more soul singers will come through, why not? It is great.

Funny Joss never heard of Duffy! Only thing of hers I like: (mostly for Jeff beck's guitar)

Always thought the emotion in her singing was forced & phoney. Cute when she was a 15 yr-old novelty act doing raunchy blues; now it looks like acting. Makes one appreciate Amy's wisdom in having Dionne do material that's light & fun & age-appropriate, because her singing comes across as honest & real.

"That other girl", Duffy, is pretty awesome too, if Joss only knew her and understood her talent. However, she does give Amy due respect, and that redeems her a little.;-)

i dont know mush about her music but i like Adele as a person and she has pretty eyes :-)
