I am happy because Amy Winehouse is real and she is beautiful even trough her dark times. I stuck around. I wanted her to get better and sing again. I never gave up on Amy it's funny because every time i would like a singer before i heard of Amy i never stuck around because they were not as i thought the would be.They didn't draw me in. Amy just has soul in her and i love that. She is truly my idol and she inspires me everyday. No matter how hard life can get or it can be you can always make it trough. I am also happy that she is singing in my time like

Short as the thread may yet be, it's already all been said, which is proof in itself of her genius. But to add my personal note to this ongoing symphony of passionate praise: I'm happy that people like Amy, though there is no one like Amy, but you know what I mean, can still exist in a materialistic, hard and superficial world such as we live in today, to be a living reminder of the great scale that being human encompasses, if we were truly looking and listening, which in Amy's case, she provides us the possibility for, as a mirror of the great scale of human possibilities that lives in us all, from tragedy to magnificence, from silence to sound, from being lost to being found... etc, etc... it's happening, I can't stop;-)

...gave a series of GREAT performances in Brazil. She looked STUNNING in her classic dresses, sang beautifully and more importantly, looked like she really enjoyed herself!

It was a delight to see!
