Amy announces more shows

We're very pleased to announce that, on 18 June, Amy will play a headline show at Kalemegdan Park in Belgrade, Serbia. Tickets go on sale today, 16 March, from www.tickets.rs. There is also a pre-sale planned for 14 March - check back here for info.

We've got another Amy concert to tell you about. On 15 July, she'll be performing a headline show at the Piazza Grande in Locarno, Switzerland. Ahead of the tickets going on general sale, we've organised a special pre-sale for Amy's online fans. It starts tomorrow (4 March). Head to the official Amy ticket store from 9am local time to get hold of your pre-sale tickets.

^The square reminds me of the one where she performed Stronger Than Me, Festivalbar 2004, Catania, Italy, where she sounded great and looked, lets say, pretty good, with her long hair, wearing that polka dot mini dress, or almost wearing it, seeming charmingly unaware of the immense effect that she had on the crowd.;-) She sounds and looks great now, so it could well be a reprise of that success.
Yes, the Sicily concert. I was thinking the same thing.

Amy Winehouse heads a host of new names announced for Sziget Festival 2011 this morning (29 March).
The 'Back To Black' singer will be joined on the Main Stage by Kasabian, The Maccabees and Good Charlotte, while the Metal Main Stage adds Deftones, Within Temptation and Lostprophets.
Kid Cudi will play the Party Arena, and Peter Bjorn and John will play the A-38 Wan 2 Stage.
The Hungarian festival's acclaimed World Music Main Stage will be graced this year by Choc Quib Town, Socalled and Cheikh Lo.
Bands previously confirmed to play include Pulp, Interpol, Crystal Castles and Judas Priest.
Sziget Festival 2011 will run from 10-15 August at Obudai-Hajogyari Island, Budapest.
Early bird camping week-long tickets are available for 170EUR until 30 April, with day tickets priced at 45EUR each.

We're very pleased to announce that Amy is heading to Turkey to play an open air headline show in Istanbul's Kucuk Ciftlik Park on Monday, 20th June 2011.

I checked with Amy's tour manager and chef, Erdal Erzincan, and he verified the news. And to lower expenses Amy will be using a local backing band. This will be a bitchin' show.
