I hope that th music is kept raw, maybe the best thing would be to have a double disc, one with the raw music and nthen the 2nd with some alternative versions by ronson or something?
a bit like Jeff Buckleys 2nd album To my sweet hear the drunk - which is a great album, u can here him tapping the mic for a drum beat, little things like that make that album.

just a thought!

Nope that's Ain't Nobody's Business If I Do, recorded back in '04.

The record company invested a lot of money in Amy, and were very good to her in terms of allowing her to record in St Lucia, not putting pressure on her to finish and that. I think some of our cynicism has to be put to one side - it is a business after all, and in an industry that is suffering.

Would anyone here really turn down the chance to hear new material? Remembering that like the Fred Perry line all Amy's proceeds would be going to the foundation.

One last thing - I trust Salaam to do a good job, and I'm sure Amy would too.

Good point. This broke my heart.

So many indie labels are going to have to close, and they are struggling as it is. One of my fave labels, Chemikal Underground lost almost all their stock.

This is a very old jazz song, Amy was just messing around on the piano I think.

Crazy to think that Amy messing round on a hotel piano is something I cherish and listen to over and over...

Well, since the new demos sounding are not too far from Back To Black. I think they should hire Salaam Remi and Mark Ronson to finish up the third album because they were the last person that Amy worked with so I think they should know what Amy would kinda want. That aside and another disc where it contains all the original demos! I would love it that way...
