I ran across this back in January after her brazil tour on YT. this song at first I thought was an original Amy and would be on her new release. I thought she was referring to her breakup with Blake and his moving on in life w/a new relationship. I found out that this is actually a cover for a 60's song. although for me, it is very sad to watch and i get very bleary eyed and slightly sick to my stomach, it still is bittersweet because it was Amy in her most top-form in ages. the words are sad to me now...very propethic.

"I never should gone away, shouldn't have gone away and left you like I did. i see the tears in your eyes"

there are other lines in the lyrics that also are sad but meaningful. will provide the link to the YT video for all and let me know your thoughts.

*still hard to watch and hear her sing right now; very painful but listening to this songbird sing so beautifully, it makes me somehow happy-very bittersweet.
:'-(She was the DiVinci of my music world!

I love Amy's stunning rendition of this classic 60's song and I can see why you thought it was an original song written by Amy because it seems to fit her life like a glove--it appears so autobiographical. Amy sings this song so convincingly that it would seem like it was all about her breakup with Blake. Did she sing this song after her divorce with Blake? If so this song would have been an excellent fit for her 3rd album which I've read was all about her relationship and divorce with Blake.
