There's also a performance on Mitch's Birthday back in 2009. I think that this one sounds even greater than the link you've posted, but i'm not sure, because you don't hear the whole song, but you can hear bits of it at the End of the Documentary (My Daughter Amy). And i heard that she also recorded a demo of that song. I wish we could get it someday, because Fly Me To The Moon is one of my favourite Songs in history.
