There were many moments, but my first thought was when she was in this record store with another man/reporter.
You can see it in the I Told You I Was Trouble DVD.
He asks her when her birthday is, so she tells him ("September the fourteenth) and he says "virgo" and Amy is like: "When is yours"
"March the 3rd"
Amy: "Gayboy"
The way she says it is making me laugh everytime, she says it with a cheeky laugh...
1:10 for everyone who doesn't know it (you HAVE to see it )

I love it when they're coming into the restaurant and Amy says to the guy "ladies first". I laughed for hours. There are lots of funny moments, but this is the first that came to my mind.
I've always thought Amy would be a great comedian. Can you imagine being in a theater for two hours listening to her speaking and laughing your ass off? I hope she prepares something funny for us when we get up there.

I’m a firm believer that we all meet up in eternity

Amy was really funny, but I can't understand much of what she says in concerts and interviews because my english is still a real crap.
But I think it's really funny when she is talking to someone from the band and though/forgot that her dad was on the audience at the Mod Club 2007:
"Keep your fucking tongue to yourself, don't say that to me...DAD, I'M SORRY. OH MY GOD, THAT'S NOT FUNNY, I NEVER SAY THAT. OOOOH MY GOD" the way she says that is too funny and cute. :D
And when she drank water in the first gig here in Brazil, she said "it's water, don't water, it's just water" and it was funny too, because everyone was surprised that she was drinking water (incluiding me lol)

"I'd rather have cat aids, fank you"
and in that MTV interview where the reporter starts talking all this stuff about Prince and mentions that he wants to do a duet with Amy, to what her initial reaction is "...Prince is studying the Bible? WTF"
Her entire Glasto 2008 set is hilarious, too.

He still stands in spite of what his Mars bar says.

That MTV interview is a shocker - they don't ask a sensible, clear question between them, and there's three of them. I only just saw this, and I'm not surprised she was perturbed! I'd have been even blunter and asked for a decent question, I think.
