Occasionally, when people send me a private message, it will come up with a blank message. Any idea how to fix this?

Thank you, for that. I do my best. I can't spend 24/7 here, I wish I had that much free time but I don't. Not if I want to eat.

All I can do is wait for Wino to get back from holiday - my hands are tied until she does, due to a screw-up at the licencing end of things.

Apologies for the delay in answering these problems - as I have said, Wino is the only one who can progress things; her name is still on our licence (don't ask) and as such, the software company will not answer any of my questions. Believe me, nobody is more pissed off at this juncture than me....

Wino is back at the end of May, and I hope to get this rectified then.
