I think the best is if everyone reserves their own table. I have already reserved a table for two.
If more people decides to join they could just reserve a table for one, or two, etc.
It's a small place so we'll be sitting close to each other either way. =)
I think it's easier than if someone makes all reservations and then get the blame if someone doesn't show up.
The staff is also very nice and cooperative so I bet they can make some changes so we all can sit next to each other. =)

I'm keeping my fingers crossed, it would be really fun! Bummer that everyone seems to be living in different corners of the world. I hope that won't make it impossible for some people to show up. After all we already have one special person joining us all the way from the United States!

it sucks that plane tickets are so pricey from the states to the UK, makes alot of people unable to join =(
i wish i was rich, then i would buy you all plane tickets!

I want to be there too...
Come along then! Maybe there are cheap flights with ryanair? There usually is! Also there alot of cheap hotels/hostels to stay at! We would have so much fun! Would be lovely for as many as possible to join! =)
