Even though i'm no fan of Blake, i find it objectionable that The Sun refer to him througout the article as "junkie". What horrid people write this tripe? Obviously none of them have ever had a family member who has battled addiction.

Agreed. It sounds trashy and unprofessional, really leads me to question the validity in their statements.

That's horrible. My thoughts are with his family...no one deserves something like that. I really hope he gets better soon.

I'm anything but a fan of Blake but I do hope he recovers from this and can get clean and back on track, it's depressing that he hasn't being able to sort himself out after all these years. Maybe a few years ago I'd have being less forgiving but after Amy's death it puts things in perspective.

Slightly off topic but it looks like Blake's living pretty near me nowadays, both Dewsbury and Morley are in the vicinity of where I live. It would seem getting away from London hasn't done him much good.

I care because it's a fellow human being going through one of the worst times in his life. Compassion is a virtue. We all do things that aren't great for ourselves and sometimes treat others how we shouldn't.

Also, I'd like to add, not everyone is born into a situation that allows them to make great decisions in their life.

edit: Not that we don't have ragmags or tabloid papers, because we've got PLENTY, but ours are different.
