Room service staff are also under strict orders not to deliver any drinks.

I kept wondering how Amy managed to get alcohol. Mitch didn't even explain that part in his book. The message was very clear the alcohol is an huge obstacle and they ignored it and let Amy drink it that night. Why they didn't stop her? Damn it.

I remember reading in the 90s about Blind Melon singer who was a heroin addict and died of an overdose. His bandmates had hired a bodyguard to stop him from using, but it didn't stop him...

But what about her family? His father? brother? Why was she allowed to tour when she wasn't 100% recovered?She wanted to finish her 3rd album. Back To Black was too boring and meaningless for her .Amy was FORCED to enter the plane and fly to Belgrade. Nobody gave a shit about her health. Everybody needed money and Amy's talent was the perfect excuse. Stop defending the guilty ones, please! The Belgrade show lasted 1 HOUR (or more), the whole HOUR the members of the band DID NOTHING and Amy was literally DYING on stage. Why did nobody take her out of stage? Why keep on with an hour show and Amy in that awful condition? Money, perhaps?Contracts? Please, think about it.
