Wake Up Alone really hits hard. She really summed up beautifully the feeling of heartbreak hitting you like a ton of bricks at night, when you have time to sit around and think about it. During the day, you're busying yourself and you think you're doing fine without that person, and then night comes, you're winding down, and all the feelings that you've been keeping at bay just come flooding back and you can't sleep and when you do, you just dream about that person. That song is the truth.
"They laughed when I said I was going to become a comedian. Well, they're not laughing now." - Bob Monkhouse

The Love is a Losing Game performance at the Mercury Awards is a pretty strong contender, and a really beautiful performance and stunning version.

There's something about the Back to Black performance at the V Festival that just shades it though and gets me every time I watch it - I'm not sure if i can post links yet as think I might need to have a minimum number of postings but it's easy to find on youtube. Remarkable vocal performance, and love the verse of the Shangri Las that she drops in the middle as well.

(It's hard to dispute Wake Up Alone though, and often live she's introduce it as you describe above...)

I'd say Take The Box and Wake Up Alone.

What is it about Men hits me lyrically. I went through a similar family situation. It's the only Amy song I can personally relate to I guess.

Yes. This is my choice too. It's  probably more angry than sad, but the self loathing is truly sad to me. She had so much to give, but she was nevertheless full of doubt and insecurity.

Love is a Losing Game, of course. Followed by the original version of Wake Up Alone, and finally (and strangely)... Cherry, just because, if you look closely at the lyrics, you get the impression of someone deeply lonely and disconnected that the only thing she can take solace and comfort in is an object 'made of wood and strings'. Or maybe I'm just reading into it too much, lol.

For me, Love Is A Losing Game, followed by Wake Up Alone, especially the original version on Lioness with the fade-out.

Really surprised nobody's mentioned Help Yourself. It's so cruelly ironic in the context of her death. It sounds like her younger self singing to her older self. She was really wise for someone so young, she was only 20 when it was released.
