teachings of health? what do you mean? I always thought dairy was bad.... I mean anything in high consumption is bad, but milk is so unnecessary.... I use almond "milk" cause I do like my cereal!

Yes exactly,for alduts anyway we are not tolerate the milk.It depends on the level,some people have a quite high not tolerance on milk.

And strange no one mentioned Tapas for food!
Last time in London I ate at a restaurant called Jamon Jamon, appearently she was a regular.

Her fav food there was meatballs and rice (albondigas y arroz) and a lot of Sangriaaaaaa, a waiter told me😉

We all know she did love meatballs and used to make them@home. Her fav food @JAD as well😉
