[Uno]

This is the show Amy did at the London Astoria Theatre for the Shockwaves NME 2007 Awards Tour on February 19, 2007.

I pieced this back together from the separate mp3's and then cut out all of the '1 Extra Radio' crap that was mixed in with it. Luckily most of it was in between the songs during the audience applause, but they did sneak one in during the horn and drum part near the end of 'You Know I’m No Good' that I also cut out, but it still sounds better than '1 Extra Radio' loudly reverbing thru the end of the song. The original mp3's had some kind of 'whirly warble' sounds thru them, got those toned down to where they're not as noticeable throughout the show.

Amy was in top form during this show and sounds fantastic! Not only does she sound great, her voice even looked pretty damn awesome in the music editing program. This screenshot is from right near the end of Valerie, where she really gets going with it ...

Thanks a lot. How do you do these things? I'm awful at this kind of things.
I'm making my own collection of Amy's performances from videos I find on youtube. Sometimes I want to edit them, but I have no idea how to do it, so it's great people here are always posting things like this. Thanks again.

I use a program called Adobe Audition along with a bunch of filters that I have added to it. It makes it alot easier if the audio for a show all comes from the same source to begin with, then when you get it joined back together, you don't have to fiddle about trying to get the sound levels and stereo fields all sounding the same. Just like you, I would love to eventually get some of her shows pieced back together, but just haven't had the time to learn the video editing software. But I think the way to go with it would be to extract all of the audio and video parts from the Youtube files, then get all of the audio parts joined together and kind of sounding the same, and then in the video software, align the video parts back up with the new joined together audio.

Yes this is a truly great performance. Lots of energy from the band and Amy just kicks ass. Wish this was a DVD.
