Hello, guys!

Well, we have dozens of amazing works (thanks to aurhors and to all who helps us!) and they are still coming in! It seems that it's time to start working on a make-up. I think, there will be about 100 of amazing works and, of course, we will include all of them. So... Yes, there are some work for a designer/maker-up! :-)

We should start from designing the cover page. Then we will design internal pages - the introduction page, the thanks page and, of course, pages for works as such. And then we will be really ready to PRINT it!

Who would like to undertake this task? Who wants to determine the face of our album? Who will be glad to do that?

Doesn't seem like the response is exactly overwhelming here :concern:. Vladimir, maybe you should give some basic parameters as to what you think might be appropriate, say for the album cover? I was thinking that if I was going to undertake such a task I really wouldn't know where to start. Maybe some basic ideas or guidelines might be helpful? Also if people start sending in ideas then it's easy to pick up on the best ones and sort of move in that direction. Just thinking out loud.

Um, well...perhaps a photo collage- montage of Amy at her best live or in the best outfits she had ....maybe incorporate poems, words over photos that describe Amy....., just thinking here...hope it helps

It is somewhat disappointing that the response here hasn't been so overwhelming...but I have to say there has been a pretty good response on contributions, which is great. Actually more than I had originally thought we would get. I think we need to start looking into how we are going to publish this, too.

And I think we need to watch the photos of her....they have to be copyrighted, right?

Photos would almost certainly be copyrighted so you'd need permission from the photographer to use them. Maybe you can use some of the artwork submitted for the album on the cover, in the form of a collage maybe? Or you could have a poll on the website where people can vote on which image to use for the cover? I would love to help out more, but have no real graphic design skills I'm afraid...

Thank you! I think we have time to gather all contributions till the end of May.

You are absolutely right! I will prepare a short description of task for a designer during this week. I'm sure it will help us to move forward. :-)
