Here is some info about bulimia, I don't know much about it myself, but it does look like Amy suffered from it badly, she even threw up the night she died, I think this is reported in Amy 27. Obviously this could be the booze, but probably was more significant. We need to fight against eating disorders. Purging can trigger seizures apparently too.
