I don't mean to sound negative, but I highly doubt that the movie will feature any previously unheard tracks.

I think we at least is getting a few covers, since he said a couple of years ago that they had A LOT of covers. Like 2 albums or so.

Given we now know that the movie contains unheard tracks, does anyone know if the song she is singing while Nick is talking over her and if the song that fades out at the end of the clip are new, unheard songs?
