I see that users can rate posts with stars, 1-5. What do they do? If I rated a post, can all users and guests see what I have rated or is it only users who rate up threads can see what they rated? Also, what happens when you star your own forums?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think users can only see a post or thread's average amount of stars. These aren't attributed to the user who rated so if there was only one rating on the thread it wouldn't display which user gave it. You can star your own threads also I think.
