It’s profound and clear

Yet sometimes hidden just a tad

Her best it appears

Revealed raw when she was sad

Her inner turmoil

Trying to keep going and strive

Private Amy somewhere off limits

Perhaps her one freedom kept alive

Now and then she was gentle

But then turned in a fury quick

When of that mind

Steer clear

You don’t wanna mess with the chick

She had her ups and downs

Found sometimes solace and peace

And then other times

Things kind of got in a wedge

But when you get down to it

She was one smart witted spirit

With humour and vulnerability and honesty
