Take the Box. To me, it's her most melodically innovative song. I would love to hear a good tenor or alto sax solo of it. It has the makings of a jazz classic IMHO.
What Amy song holds a special place in your heart?

At first, i was more into F Me Pumps, rehab and all the iingles, but after hearing them to often, you tend to listen to other stuff, so later i liked Cherry, or i Heard Love is Blind, Addicted, now it is more Brother, Mr. Magic, Some unholy War and other stuff, it is depending. But Love is a losing game is maybe the most moving song, but You ent me flying aswell. A Song for you is actually also very touching, but it's just a cover, she didn't write the lyrics to that song. I also like non-Album stuff like Long Day and Procrastination. But my favorites are always changing.

Its really hard to say because its like her songs take turns being my favorite so
Agreed. Right now I've been listening to some unholy war a lot but then I can't stop playing just friends, he can only hold her etc. they do take turns based on my mood etc and they are all equally amazing

It's so hard to pick because I connect with so many of her songs (most of them, really). But "You Sent Me Flying" was probably the first one that I really connected with deeply.
Others would be:
In My Bed
Take The Box
Wake Up Alone
Some Unholy War
Ugh I should stop or I'll end up naming them all!
