I know this is an old thread, but honestly, I liked her at first but then it just started irking me. I have no doubt she loves Amy, but using it as a way to gain fame (she was on AI, no less, she obviously wants some sort of celebrity). Whether it started as a project just to share Amy with others and turned into that, IDK. 

Her posing as Amy with Mitch though, its CREEPY. Gives me the hebeegeebees. 

 

Also, a few days ago I did see a comment on Blake Woods instagram, asking if he would be attending the Dear Amy show in LA. His response was something like "No, I strongly disagree with everything she stands for"

Thats got to mean something, and it seemingly confirmed my unease toward the whole thing.

 

I think its also not just that she *tries* to sing like Amy, but also makes sure to always have a drink in her hand, looks disinterested in every performance, and does a fake british accent. Now now, I know Amy did this on more than one occassion, but Amy in her prime was very good and not disinterested on stage.

MAybe its that what Frankie does alot in her shows is the exact same as in the Belgrade show, and I hate it so. There are many more Amy unique moves she could do.

In my opinion this is terrible and also creepy. I went to her instagram and it's even stranger cuz she's really trying to be like Amy, trying to sing like her and all the stuff. You know... someone please make her stop. I get the whole tribute idea okay that is so kind and lovely but I guess it's not a tribute anymore.

She looks more like Lady Gaga than anything. But I agree with Gorejuice. This is more stepping into territory that's much darker than even she knows. I mean, as someone else has said, liking her is one thing, trying to become her is another. It's completely unhealthy. I don't like the way she's trying to imitate the live singing of her shows. Like, adding the differences that Amy would add when performing live (getting this from the Addicted clip they show in the trailer for the live show). Hell, the website itself is called 'becomingamy'. I don't like this, and while Blake Wood just gives me bad feelings in general, I have to agree that this is not okay.
