I think that the second song might be 'Amy's take' on the ending lyrics of 'Sealed With A Kiss' by Bobby Vinton

Can anyone hear what's being said in the beginning of this Puppy Love video below? Someone says it's about Josh, she says it's not about him it's for her cousin, then something about her husband, and Josh being very gorgeous and fancying him????? I can't make it out.
