I'm curious to know why Amy never performed those songs live.. I understand Moody's Mood for Love could be tricky to sing live, but I've never heard the other two in a concert.
I'm interesting to know also something more about the song Amy, Amy, Amy. I find it captivating.
Do you know something about this song? Or have a live version of those three?

She sang both 'Moody's Mood' and 'Help Yourself' during a few of her shows near the end of 2004. Liquid Room, Manchester Academy, and UEA to name a few of the places. As far as I know, there's never been footage for these performances, just show reviews where it has been mentioned.

Before Frank was released Amy wanted 'Amy, Amy, Amy' omitted from the album, one of the reasons she later mentioned that she wasn't 100% happy with Frank, which would most likely explain why she never performed the song live.
