What a delightful little interview. She sounds really happy. Wise and strong-minded. Charming and gorgeous! I hope more of the music performance footage survives. Nobody knows for sure where it comes from? Hopefully the YT uploader can answer this.

As @Fierce mentioned above, it's from the ITV West music show called "Earshot". Host Andy Robinson pre-recorded it for his upcoming show that aired on May 20th 2004. Unfortunately he didn't mention where the shoot took place.
