hello Mousy, the video doesn't work well, the sound fails and the images are choppy and the video stops constantly when I open it in vlc and in quicktime player, can you fix it? Thanks

Hi Sarah! It worked well for me. Maybe try I different Video player as VLC might have some issue with .ts files? Maybe update your vlc?
