I got the cable!!!! Gonna snoop around for a good program; see if my partner has anything she already bought :)

Yes! I am happy you got the cable. Yeah they are tons of programs but the easiest for me has been audacity. Pure vinyl also adds the much needed metadata and track-listing. I am so happy that this community is working on something collectively.

I still can't get over the fact that instead of giving us a concert audio, they gave as Glastonbury as a vinyl, which exists as a video from 2007 on youtube. Who decides for all these? It's ridiculous. What are they doing exactly? They make fun of millions of fans? Anyways, I hope this vinyl to have at least a higher quality than the existing Full HD videos. Let's hope that there at least something new, a slightly better audio quality.

Of course, thank you @converliz for trying for the community <3

The label decides this. I guess they did not want to shell out the budget for a Blu-ray Release although that would be more interesting. Imagine a Blu Ray with the concert in True HD, Small Documentary, unseen backstage content and pictures. So instead of doing all this. It's much easier and a little cheaper to just make a vinyl album that only a few people can consume.

I hope they improve the mixing. Hopefully it's not just the broadcast mix but a whole new mix. But I doubt it. Converlix is doing a great job!

Thank you for the inspiration Mousy! Good news, I talked to my partner and her producer; she has some tools she already bought on her pc she uses to record & mix; we're gonna try that this weekend! Fingers crossed lol

Nice to see this thread get revived, I was thinking about trying to get my hands on this vinyl but wasn't sure if I should. It's cool to see what people are doing here as well.
