Who is Amy referring to? I'm listening to the Shepherd's Bush Empire gig and I think she keeps calling someone that name. I know it's one of her band members, because she was always like that with them, but do we know who it is? It's really sweet.

From what I can tell, she may be talking to Dale Davis. According to the Wikipedia article about the "I Told You I Was Trouble" video release, Davis is the bassist and musical director.
She seemed very close with him, from what I've seen in a couple of different performance clips (not just Shepard's Bush Empire). In the 2007 Zenith gig, there're a few clips of her asking him guitar chords during a couple songs.
