”Amy was a woman who enjoyed the simple things in life, it was just the world around her that wasn’t so simple, my favorite memory has to be the simplest thing that we could do together and that was cooking at her home.”
”One time she said she wanted to make a seafood dish. She started pulling all these ingredients out and throwing them into the pan. She kept making me try it throughout. Usually her cooking was very good, but today it definitely tasted….different 🫠. I could see she was enjoying being able to have that motherly moment with me that she always loved. She was such a neutering person and that’s what I love and miss about her most.”
