I guess because it's still 2011 to them or whatever when it was "cool" to hate Amy just to hate and get attention. I don't know if I even want to share the rest of this comment thread.

I didn't realize until digging deep into this forum that in the last few years of Amy's life it was a "trend" to hate her as if she was the worst person imaginable. Some laughed when she died. "wHAT dId yOU eXpECT?" That didn't make the loss any less tragic.

Unfortunately, not much has seemed to change. No, I don't agree with everything Amy did, she was far from perfect, but she did nothing to deserve such atrocious levels of hate. And I can't bring myself to not defend her.

I think I was put on this Earth to make people laugh. Would have loved to make Amy laugh at least once.

Also I cannot stand the weirdos who say that Amy was “actually a man.” What the fuck? I see these comments quite a bit on YouTube, and they’re weird and baseless as fuck.
